Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: Your role in this position involves setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service. You will participate in updating customer service procedures and guidelines, and developing programs to achieve high quality and professionalism. You need to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the current systems and prepare documents and reports related to customer service.
