About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the manager's daily schedule, add tasks, and coordinate appointments.
• Oversee travel arrangements and reservations, updating the manager’s calendar accordingly.

• Create files, memos, meeting minutes, and draft necessary documents.

• Submit reports, create and distribute surveys.
