Implementing the procedures, systems, and forms related to monitoring employee attendance, contributing to and supervising the application of policies and procedures for sick and emergency leaves. Updating employee information and handling their complaints and inquiries professionally, as well as preparing documents and reports related to human resources operations.

Implementing the procedures, systems, and forms related to monitoring employee attendance, contributing to and supervising the application of policies and procedures for sick and emergency leaves. Updating employee information and handling their complaints and inquiries professionally, as well as preparing documents and reports related to human resources operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing the procedures and forms related to monitoring the attendance of branch employees and their leaves.
- Applying policies and procedures for annual and sick leaves and others.
- Dealing with employee complaints and inquiries and escalating them to the department manager.
- Updating employee-related information and documenting it.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports and presenting them.
