Main Tasks:

• Implementing procedures for monitoring employee attendance and vacations.
• Professionally handling employee complaints and inquiries.
• Updating employee-related data and documenting necessary information.
• Preparing documents and reports related to human resources operations.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial.
• Practical experience of no less than 5 years in the field.
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification or equivalent, professional certifications in human resources are preferred.

Skills:

• Billing and database management skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Job Description:
Implementing the procedures, systems, and forms related to monitoring employee attendance, contributing to and supervising the application of policies and procedures for sick and emergency leaves. Updating employee information and handling their complaints and inquiries professionally, as well as preparing documents and reports related to human resources operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implementing the procedures and forms related to monitoring the attendance of branch employees and their leaves.
• Applying policies and procedures for annual and sick leaves and others.
• Dealing with employee complaints and inquiries and escalating them to the department manager.
• Updating employee-related information and documenting it.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports and presenting them.
