We are looking for a skilled professional to implement and oversee employee attendance monitoring procedures. You will play a vital role in applying leave policies and assisting employees with their inquiries and concerns.

We are looking for a skilled professional to implement and oversee employee attendance monitoring procedures. You will play a vital role in applying leave policies and assisting employees with their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute systems and procedures for monitoring employee attendance and various leave types.
- Implement company leave policies and keep detailed records of promotions and various employee incidents.
- Address staff complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee information and document important HR processes and reports according to company policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial.
- Certificates such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) are an advantage.
- Advanced Arabic language skills; proficiency in English and Urdu is a plus.
- Flexible work hours and a commitment of 6 days per week.
