We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to implement and monitor the procedures and systems for tracking employee attendance and utilizing best practices in this field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing and monitoring employee attendance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with working hours.
- Managing various leave procedures, in addition to facilitating employee promotions and organizing their service-related matters.
- Addressing employee complaints and inquiries professionally, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Updating and documenting employee information, and providing necessary reports to the managers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Practical experience of at least 5 years in the same field.
- High skills in supervision, training, and monitoring employee performance.
Language Skills:
- Arabic: Advanced
- English: Advanced
