Join Triple Union as a Human Resources Manager!
We are seeking a talented individual to oversee all branches and offices of the company. This is a full-time position that requires travel and supervision across all company branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies covering all branches of the company.
  • Supervise recruitment processes and ensure consistency in hiring policies across locations.
  • Manage performance and develop employee training and motivation programs.
  • Oversee employee affairs, payroll, and vacations to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws across all branches and manage risks.
  • Prepare periodic reports and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD preferred).
  • 710 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial position overseeing multiple branches.

Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to manage HR teams across branches.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the company's operational areas.
  • Data analysis skills and strategic decision-making capabilities.
