Our client, a prominent Saudi-based conglomerate, is looking for a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead their human resources initiatives from their Jeddah headquarters. This is a pivotal role where you will shape the culture and drive the organizational agenda.

The Role:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with leadership for organizational change and workforce planning.
  • Oversee HR operations including recruitment, talent development, compensation, and performance management.
  • Promote a high-performance culture and ensure employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Develop leadership through succession planning and coaching.
  • Leverage HR data for business decision support.
  • Implement digital HR solutions and innovate HR practices.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a large conglomerate.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and workforce dynamics.
  • Proven experience in HR transformation in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
