- Contribute to the development of key objectives for HR Operations.
- Develop and implement plans, programs, and projects related to HR processes.
- Monitor updates to HR policies and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Identify necessary human, financial, and administrative resources for departmental activities.
- Supervise the preparation of reports and summaries related to HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
Skills:
- Advanced planning and design skills.
- Supervisory and training skills.
- Reporting and monitoring proficiency.
- Management and recruitment skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
