Join Our Team as an HR Operations Manager!
As an integral part of أكون قروب للمقاولات, you will participate in setting key objectives and programs for human resources operations. You will directly supervise the activities of managing, planning, and organizing HR operations while ensuring the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness of daily processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of key objectives for HR Operations.
  • Develop and implement plans, programs, and projects related to HR processes.
  • Monitor updates to HR policies and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Identify necessary human, financial, and administrative resources for departmental activities.
  • Supervise the preparation of reports and summaries related to HR operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.

Skills:
  • Advanced planning and design skills.
  • Supervisory and training skills.
  • Reporting and monitoring proficiency.
  • Management and recruitment skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
