As an Assistant Director of Human Resources / Assistant Human Resources Manager, you will assist the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager in managing all HR functions to meet strategic business objectives.

You should have a university degree in a related discipline or a professional HR designation with a minimum of one year of experience in the same role. Proficiency in a computerized payroll system and fluent English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of frontline employees
- Be available for employees at all levels to advise, counsel, and assist with problems or queries
- Encourage good standards of employee conduct and behavior; coordinate disciplinary procedures when necessary
- Manage and inspect staff accommodation to ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Coordinate and encourage sports and social activities regularly
- Maintain lively and interesting staff notice boards
- Ensure appraisals are conducted for every employee at least once a year; review appraisals and follow up on development needs
- Maintain a high level of colleague satisfaction and team spirit
- Communicate effectively throughout the hotel
- Foster a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and morale
