- Deliver first-class employee relations services to the HR Manager and management.
- Support the HR strategy, including succession planning processes.
- Manage employee relations issues with confidentiality.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist in achieving departmental goals and financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements for health and safety.
- Resolve team member and management queries effectively.
What we are looking for: You should have:
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
- CIPD qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and in teams.
