What you will be doing:
  • Deliver first-class employee relations services to the HR Manager and management.
  • Support the HR strategy, including succession planning processes.
  • Manage employee relations issues with confidentiality.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assist in achieving departmental goals and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements for health and safety.
  • Resolve team member and management queries effectively.

What we are looking for: You should have:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and in teams.
