Join RIS Group as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist!

We are seeking a self-driven HR & Admin Specialist to independently manage our HR and administrative functions. In this pivotal role, you will handle HR operations, government relations, office administration, and compliance with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR & Employee Management: Handle recruitment, payroll, attendance, benefits, contracts, visas, and employee relations.
  • Government & Legal Affairs: Manage company licenses, Saudization, trademarks, customs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Office & Administration: Oversee insurance, security, facility access, travel arrangements, and documentation.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure legal compliance, maintain tax records, and provide HR reports to the CEO.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR & admin experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Mudad, and government platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR software.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
