In this pivotal role, you will support and administer HR functions crucial to our organization's success. Your efforts will ensure that our HR processes run smoothly while providing valuable support to our employees and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment: posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Administer employee benefits; handle inquiries regarding benefit programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with performance reviews, providing resources for assessment.
  • Manage leave requests in line with company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improvement.
  • Support HR projects such as training programs and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review, tracking key metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of HR experience.
- Proven skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Advanced training courses in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using HR and data management programs (like Odoo).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
