We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at attracting and retaining top talents, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across suitable platforms.
- Screen resumes and communicate with suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with relevant department managers.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure signature by all parties involved.
- Employee File Management:
- Update and maintain employee data in the HR system.
- Archive contracts, certificates, and ID copies and renew them as necessary.
- Monitor probation periods and assess performance during that time.
- Ensure all legal documents are completed during hiring or termination.
- Attendance and Discipline Management:
- Manage the fingerprint system or attendance schedules to ensure employee compliance.
- Monitor leave requests and approve them according to company policies.
- Address employee tardiness and prepare periodic reports on it.
- Provide the finance department with discounts and monitor end-of-service dues for departing employees.
- Calculate leave entitlements.
- Enforcing Work Regulations and Disciplinary Procedures:
- Effectively and fairly implement disciplinary policies and procedures.
- Compliance with Labor Laws and Company Policies:
- Ensure all HR-related company policies are applied.
- Update management on any changes in Saudi labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with social insurance and labor regulations.
- Monitor the update of residency IDs for expatriate employees.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations regarding hiring and leave.
- Experience managing attendance and discipline systems, such as fingerprint systems and attendance schedules.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Ability to handle administrative files and conduct interviews.
- Experience in preparing and monitoring legal contracts and archiving documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Advanced training courses in Human Resources (preferred).
- Proficiency in using HR and data management programs (like Odoo).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle issues of confidentiality and privacy at work.
- High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to join immediately.
