Job Summary:
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing periodic and emergency maintenance work within the restaurant branches to ensure the readiness of all essential equipment and systems (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, kitchen equipment), and working to quickly and efficiently repair any malfunctions to maintain uninterrupted operations.

The maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing periodic and emergency maintenance work within the restaurant branches to ensure the readiness of all essential equipment and systems (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, kitchen equipment), and working to quickly and efficiently repair any malfunctions to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the maintenance technical team and distributing tasks among them.
- Following up on preventive maintenance plans for each branch according to the specified timelines.
- Receiving malfunction reports and following up on their repairs immediately.
- Communicating with external maintenance companies and coordinating with them when needed.
- Monitoring the inventory of spare parts and necessary equipment and issuing purchase orders when required.
- Preparing periodic reports on maintenance status and future needs.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards while performing maintenance work.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance field, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Excellent leadership skills and team management.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
