About the Role:
The Cluster Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communications is a senior leadership position at Red Sea Global Hospitality. This important role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic PR and marketing communications plans to promote the unique experiences and offerings of Red Sea Global’s luxury hotels and resorts. The aim is to enhance brand visibility in a competitive market while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing Communications, specifically in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Proven track record in PR strategy development and execution in a luxury setting.
  • Excellent personal and professional references.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances is a plus.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality.

Work Environment:
  • The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel to resort locations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and foster productive relationships across departments.
  • Build connections with Destination Marketing teams and manage significant PR events.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide team development opportunities.
  • Utilize consumer insights to drive data-led decision-making and monitor performance metrics.
  • Establish and execute the annual PR and marketing communications strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage online and offline hotel presence, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with media and influencers for effective reputation management.
  • Implement demand generation strategies to enhance guest acquisition and revenue opportunities.
