We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Jeddah. This role is pivotal in driving strategic sales planning and managing our sales teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop sales strategies for off-plan projects in collaboration with senior management and real estate developers. Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans to achieve targets while analyzing market trends and competitor data.
- Team Management: Lead and guide sales teams, set individual and collective goals, hire and train new staff on modern sales techniques, and monitor team performance through KPIs.
- Sales and Marketing Oversight: Design and develop sales marketing plans in conjunction with the marketing department. Monitor the execution of marketing campaigns to meet sales objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Manage the negotiation process with clients, ensuring the best solutions tailored to their needs while achieving high closing rates.
- Compliance with Sales Regulations: Oversee compliance with the Wafi Program and any related regulatory requirements, ensuring all agreements align with legal standards.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with government entities, real estate developers, agents, and banks to enhance collaboration in off-plan sales projects.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client satisfaction, utilizing CRM tools for data analysis.
- Customer Experience Improvement: Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales, addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.
Qualifications:
- 710 years of experience in real estate sales management, focusing on off-plan sales and Ministry of Housing projects.
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Wafi regulations and real estate legislation in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis.
