Position Overview:
You will lead the sales unit to achieve area sales objectives by category, volume, and value. Your role will focus on execution excellence and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure core distribution, coverage, and visibility objectives are met.
  • Develop, negotiate, implement, and monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date tracker including sales achievements vs. targets and team performance records.
  • Lead, manage, and train the Field Sales Team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain long-term effective business relationships with customers.
  • Conduct regular training and field appraisals for team development.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in Field Sales of FMCG preferred.
  • Strong English/Arabic communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Financial awareness.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • A results-focused mindset and coaching skills.

  • Qualification: MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred.
