As a leading company in project management consultancy in the real estate sector, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales strategies and drive the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop sales strategies for off-plan projects in collaboration with senior management and real estate developers. Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans to meet targets, and analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Team Management: Lead and guide sales teams in achieving individual and collective goals. Hire and train new employees on modern sales techniques and compliance with off-plan sales regulations. Monitor team performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Sales and Marketing Operations: Design and develop sales marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing department. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and ensure they achieve sales goals.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Manage negotiation processes with clients to offer tailored solutions. Ensure high closure rates by analyzing client needs and providing suitable offers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Supervise the sales teams' adherence to off-plan sales regulations and ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements. Stay updated on legal developments to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
  • Building Relationships: Develop relationships with the Ministry of Housing, property developers, real estate agents, and banks to enhance cooperation. Coordinate with financing entities to offer funding programs to potential clients.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends for senior management. Use CRM tools for performance improvement.
  • Enhancing Customer Experience: Ensure exemplary customer service throughout the sales process to boost customer satisfaction and referral opportunities.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 710 years of experience in real estate sales management, with a focus on off-plan sales and Ministry of Housing projects.
  • Leadership skills in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations and legislation.
  • High negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a strong network of partners and investors.
  • Experience using CRM systems, data analysis, and sales reporting.
