The Specialist, Sales Operation at Kinan plays a crucial role in optimizing and managing sales processes while ensuring data accuracy. This position supports the sales team with the necessary tools, reports, and strategies to enhance performance. A firm grasp of real estate sales workflows and CRM systems is essential to succeed in this role.
Main Accountabilities:
- Coordinate pre and post-sale operations internally within the sales department.
- Generate the Weekly Sales Report, analyzing sales figures, collection levels, and targets.
- Verify contract signatures and manage the proper filing of executed contracts while tracking their progress.
- Assist in managing transaction workflows for seamless execution.
- Maintain operational best practices to enhance property sales and transactions.
- Oversee the CRM system ensuring that property listings, client data, and sales records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure collections are made according to the plan and implement corrective measures if delays occur.
- Archive and file all sales documents.
- Coordinate with departments like Finance, Government Relations, and Legal to gather requirements for issuing sales licenses for off-plan products.
- Initiate the title deed transferring process.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of overall business management experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant functional area.
Required Languages & Computer Skills:
- Good bilingual (Arabic/English).
- Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
