- Manage and provide leadership and training to the sales team
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve goals
- Set individual and monthly sales targets
- Conduct regular site viewings and maintain performance metrics
- Recruit, train, and develop new sellers
- Track sales, payments, and team performance
- Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in real estate
- Valid KSA license required
- Strong knowledge of local market and sales techniques
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
