Job Overview:
The secretary provides support to the manager or department by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, and assisting in coordinating key projects and managing the agenda.

Main Tasks:
  • Take notes in shorthand (speedwriting).
  • Copy correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings, review and format it according to office standards.
  • Receive phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and secure the meeting room and prepare the agenda.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Executive Secretarial.
  • Certificates such as CCNA, PHRi, CISA, PMI, and CILT are preferred.

Required Skills:
  • Document management.
  • Scheduling visits and answering calls.
  • Preparing reports and monitoring.
  • Responding to visitor complaints.
