The secretary provides support to the manager or department by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, and assisting in coordinating key projects and managing the agenda.

The secretary provides support to the manager or department by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, and assisting in coordinating key projects and managing the agenda.
Main Tasks:
- Take notes in shorthand (speedwriting).
- Copy correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings, review and format it according to office standards.
- Receive phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and secure the meeting room and prepare the agenda.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Executive Secretarial.
- Certificates such as CCNA, PHRi, CISA, PMI, and CILT are preferred.
Required Skills:
- Document management.
- Scheduling visits and answering calls.
- Preparing reports and monitoring.
- Responding to visitor complaints.
