• Managing day-to-day operations, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
• Optimizing automation technologies and collaborating with IT for performance improvements.
• Coordinating with supply chain teams to align operations with business needs.
• Leading a team of warehouse supervisors and engineers while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 710 years of warehouse management experience, with 35 years in automated settings.
• Strong technical expertise with WMS, ERP, and automation technology.
• Leadership skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment & Travel:
This position is primarily based in our regional automated warehouse facility, with some travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations focusing on order fulfillment, receiving, and dispatching. Leverage automated material handling systems (AMHS) for efficiency.
• Automation & Technology Optimization: Collaborate with IT to ensure peak performance of warehouse technologies, analyze data to enhance processes.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Align warehouse operations with business needs, optimize layout and ensure real-time tracking of inventory.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of warehouse staff.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, implement safety protocols, and conduct regular audits.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives, manage budget and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 710 years of warehouse management experience; 35 years in fully automated environments.
• Technical expertise with WMS, ERP, and automation technologies.
