• Managing day-to-day operations, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
• Optimizing automation technologies and collaborating with IT for performance improvements.
• Coordinating with supply chain teams to align operations with business needs.
• Leading a team of warehouse supervisors and engineers while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 710 years of warehouse management experience, with 35 years in automated settings.
• Strong technical expertise with WMS, ERP, and automation technology.
• Leadership skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment & Travel:

• Automation & Technology Optimization: Manage automated material handling systems and collaborate with IT teams for optimal warehouse performance.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Align warehouse operations with business needs and minimize stockouts.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors and logistics coordinators.
