Barista

Find an employee who works at least 8 hours a day in a coffee shop and has at least basic knowledge in coffee preparation and good customer service.

A skilled barista in V60 and black coffee, proficient in recipes and special equipment, with no less than a year of experience, good manners and behavior with customers.

About the Role:
Join our team as a Barista at Jobskey Consultancy in Jeddah, where you will have the opportunity to craft aromatic coffee and tea beverages while providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso shots, and iced coffees.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Follow established recipes to ensure product quality.
• Manage inventory of coffee and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a coffee shop or food service environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handlers permit or willingness to obtain one.
