Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to bring our brand to life across all digital platforms.

●        Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in executing the overall content and social media strategy

●        Create engaging written content for social media posts, captions, articles, and marketing materials

●        Handle photography and visual content production for campaigns, products, and events

●        Manage and grow the company's presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)

●        Schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms to ensure consistency and engagement

●        Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner

●        Track and report on social media performance metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement

●        Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant

●        Proven experience in content creation, photography, and social media management

●        Energetic personality with a confident on-camera presence

●        Creative eye for photography and visual aesthetics

●        Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines

●        Video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or long-form content)

●        Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

●        Voice over skills for video dubbing and audio content production

عن الدور الوظيفي

نبحث عن منشئ محتوى مبدع وأخصائي متمكّن في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستعمل في هذا الدور بالتنسيق المباشر مع مدير التسويق والاتصالات لإبراز هوية علامتنا التجارية عبر جميع المنصات الرقمية.

●        مساعدة مدير التسويق والاتصالات في تنفيذ استراتيجية المحتوى ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

●        إنشاء محتوى كتابي جذّاب لمنشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والتسميات التوضيحية، والمقالات، والمواد التسويقية

●        إجراء جلسات التصوير وإنتاج المحتوى البصري للحملات والمنتجات والفعاليات

●        إدارة حسابات الشركة وتنميتها عبر جميع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (إنستغرام، لينكدإن، إكس، تيك توك، سناب شات، وغيرها)

●        جدولة المحتوى ونشره ومتابعته عبر المنصات لضمان الاتساق والتفاعل

●        الرد على التعليقات والرسائل وإدارة تفاعلات المجتمع بشكل احترافي وفي الوقت المناسب

●        رصد مؤشرات أداء وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وإعداد تقارير دورية مع تقديم توصيات للتحسين المستمر

●        متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والممارسات الفضلى في مجال التواصل الاجتماعي للحفاظ على محتوى منافس وجذّاب

●        خبرة موثّقة في إنشاء المحتوى والتصوير وإدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي

●        حس بصري مرهف في التصوير والجماليات الإبداعية

●        شخصية نابضة بالحيوية  والثقة الكافية للمشاركة الصوتية في بعض المقاطع

●        قدرة عالية على التنظيم وإدارة منصات ومهام متعددة في آنٍ واحد

●        مهارات مونتاج وتحرير الفيديو (ريلز، تيك توك، يوتيوب شورتس، أو المحتوى الطويل)

●        إجادة استخدام أدوات التصميم (كانفا، أدوبي، أو ما يماثلها)

●        مهارات التعليق الصوتي ودبلجة الفيديو وإنتاج المحتوى الصوتي
