The Role of HSE Supervisor

HCO is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join its team in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires strong knowledge of HSE standards and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors. The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure HSE compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors' adherence to HSE requirements.
• Ensure the proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
• Prepare HSE inspection reports and track the implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide HSE guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
• Assist the HSE Manager in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and programs.
• Participate in HSE and project meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of HSE experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic consulting engineering firm. The role involves working on various project types across Saudi Arabia.
