Veterinary Surgeon

About the Role

Delly Vet Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing comprehensive surgical and medical care for companion animals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic, routine, and advanced surgical procedures for companion animals.
• Diagnose medical and surgical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical examinations.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Provide appropriate post-operative care and follow-up.
• Maintain strict safety, hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, surgical procedures, and expected outcomes clearly to pet guardians.
• Provide clients with aftercare instructions and preventive healthcare recommendations.
• Collaborate with veterinary nurses, assistants, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records.
• Participate in and support mobile veterinary clinic services when required.
• Work flexible hours when necessary to meet clinical and operational needs.
