About the Role

Medical Complex is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to join its team in Muhayil, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records within the complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
• Review accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and support the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with experience in a Chief Accountant or senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
