CX Advisor Regional

About the Role

LUMA Energy is seeking a CX Advisor Regional to join their team in Neom, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an individual with 1-3 years of experience. The CX Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing a variety of inquiries to ensure accurate information delivery and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to internal and external customers by directing, gathering, and delivering information for issue resolution, addressing concerns and complaints related to billing, claims, or retailer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate application of Best Practices, Financial Practices, Tariffs, and Terms and Conditions to maintain compliance and operational consistency.
• Complete service agreements and other necessary documents, obtaining customer signatures as required for finalized and validated agreements.
• Initiate customer accounts with attention to detail and accuracy, prepare invoices, and collect customer payments to ensure accurate account setup and timely payment collection.
• Issue deposit certificates, accept money from deposits or bill payments, balance daily receipts, deliver funds to the appropriate employee or supervisor, and obtain proof of delivery for secure financial transactions.
• Process payments via all methods received in regional offices and determine the applicable rate according to the requested service for accurate payment processing.
• Prepare detailed account statements, invoices, apply deposits, adjust accounts, and process charges and miscellaneous credits manually or through automated systems for precise financial records.
• Prepare, record, and send documents to necessary inter-departments for Customer Excellence delivery, facilitating efficient interdepartmental communication.
• Receive reports about irregularities in reading, billing, maintenance, and other related duties, investigate, correct, and process irregularities through the instant information system for timely issue resolution.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
• Participate in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
• Perform additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Physical Demands

• Constantly in a stationary position.
• Seldom required to push, pull, reach, kneel, grab, or bend.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 0-15 LBS.
• Requires 20/20 corrected vision.
• Ability to receive detailed information if spoken to.

Working Conditions

• Never exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, heavy machinery, high places, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather, or electricity.
• Seldom exposed to loud noise conditions.
