KBR, Inc. is seeking an Area Maintenance Foreman to join its team in Rabigh and Makkah, Makkah region. KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) delivers comprehensive solutions across the asset lifecycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions for optimizing assets. This full-time role involves overseeing daily maintenance activities within a petrochemical plant.

Role Purpose

The Area Maintenance Foreman is responsible for ensuring that all daily maintenance activities—including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, instrumentation/electrical (I/E), and rotating equipment—are executed by the contractor. This role ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards to maintain sector availability, reliability, and operational continuity within the petrochemical plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to the contractor, covering mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation aspects of the petrochemical plant, in accordance with company standards.
• Provide regular reports within the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the SATORP plant.
• Offer necessary support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Support the company's reliability department in conducting bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports and present them in maintenance meetings.
• Review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training, coordinating with the Head of HR.
• Adhere to and ensure follow-up on all safety requirements during the job execution phase.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of refining equipment, team management, and piloting of maintenance contracts.
• Strong understanding of safety rules.
• Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and the ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Strategic thinking and openness to new ideas.
• Ability to achieve business results while working in a multi-cultural environment.
