Area Maintenance Foreman

About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking an Area Maintenance Foreman to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) division. This full-time role focuses on ensuring that daily maintenance activities for a Petrochemical plant are executed in compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The Foreman will oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, I/E, and rotating equipment to maintain sector availability, reliability, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all assigned maintenance jobs for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems within the Petrochemical plant, ensuring adherence to Company standards.
• Provide regular reports within the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant.
• Offer necessary support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Support the company's reliability department with bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports and present them during Maintenance meetings.
• Coordinate with the Head of HR to review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety requirements during the job execution phase.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Good knowledge of refining equipment, team management, and piloting of maintenance contracts.
• Strong understanding of safety rules.
