Role Overview

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking an Area Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Rabigh. This full-time role involves overseeing daily maintenance activities within a petrochemical plant, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards to maintain sector availability, reliability, and operational continuity. The Foreman will guarantee that all corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, I/E, and rotating equipment is executed effectively by contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors, covering mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation aspects of the petrochemical plant, in accordance with company standards.
• Provide regular reporting within the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the SATORP Plant.
• Offer necessary support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Support the company's reliability department with bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports and discuss findings in maintenance meetings.
• Review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training, coordinating with the Head of HR.
• Adhere to and follow up on all safety requirements during the job execution phase.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably within a petrochemical plant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee contractor activities effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality regulations in industrial settings.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to manage daily maintenance operations within the petrochemical plant.
