Role Overview: Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a self-directing, multi-functional team. This full-time position focuses on the manufacture and packaging of infant formula products, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner. The role is based in Makkah, Rabigh, or King Abdullah Economic City.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the departmental management team to achieve business goals and develop and implement strategies.
• Plan and execute plant run times to meet the master production schedule.
• Direct labor resources to achieve required manning levels in production areas.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained within the department and that necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist with the management of departmental health and safety compliance and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to rectify production issues.
• Manage training needs and staff performance within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy/food technology or a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience at a supervisory level, reporting to a plant manager.
• Experience in operating fully automated Seafood plants.
