Helper

About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Helper to join their team in Rabigh. This full-time position involves providing essential support for various operational and maintenance activities within the plant environment. The Helper reports directly to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret instructions and procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Move materials and equipment to designated work locations and assist in setting up work sites.
• Prepare construction sites, including tasks such as pouring and spreading concrete, setting forms, and finishing surfaces.
• Participate in routine plant maintenance projects and turnaround activities.
• Support plant production by assisting with the receiving and shipping of materials and products.
• Complete necessary records, maintain tools and equipment, and perform various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
• Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including consistently wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Perform other duties and activities as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Typically, no special knowledge or prior experience is required for this role.
• Skills necessary for the position may be acquired through on-the-job training.
