About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the company's operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Napco National's business environment and objectives.
• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.
• Communicate and deliver information in a business context—both verbally and in writing—in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
• Understand and effectively utilize standard equipment and software tools.
• Operate all required steps and activities for designated production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other applicable instructions.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Possess knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in Napco National’s maintenance practices.
• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies and regulations, as well as the standards and procedures established by Napco National.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect individuals and property, and to prevent market losses.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of operational processes and safety protocols is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, contributing to the operational functions of Napco National.
