Role Overview

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Planner to join its team in Rabigh. This full-time role involves preparing and developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis. The Planner will cover maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
  • Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities as per schedule.
  • Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
  • Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding the development of maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
  • Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment are available and ready to perform jobs.
  • Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
  • Utilize SAP systems, computer programs, and software for the effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
  • Keep and maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE rules and encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
  • Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
