About KBR and the Role
KBR, Inc. is seeking a Planner to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) division. KBR STS provides comprehensive solutions across the asset lifecycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions for optimizing assets. This full-time role is based in Makkah or Rabigh, requiring 5-10 years of experience.
Role Overview
The Planner will be responsible for preparing and developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis. This includes covering maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
- Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities according to schedule.
- Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding the development of maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment are available and ready to perform jobs.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating to routine and preventive maintenance activities.
- Utilize the SAP system, computer programs, and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all HSE rules.
- Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in planning.
- Proficiency in using the SAP system and other relevant computer programs and software.
Location and Work Type
This is a full-time position located in Makkah or Rabigh.
