Role Summary

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Planner to develop and prepare preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. This full-time role involves creating weekly and monthly plans for mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services maintenance activities, requiring over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans, including all related activities.
• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the timely implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities.
• Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues affecting SATORP’s equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
• Liaise and participate in meetings with other Divisions to develop maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
• Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for planning and implementation.
• Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure the availability of maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for job execution.
• Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports related to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
• Utilize SAP system, computer programs, and software to ensure effective implementation of maintenance plans.
• Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all HSE rules.
• Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
• Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Strategic management skills.
