The Opportunity: QA Technician

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician to join its team in Makkah, specifically in Rabigh or Makkah Al Mukarramah. This full-time role involves coordinating quality-related aspects within Poultry Operations, working under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM (Poultry) to support the plant's quality team in managing all quality functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all quality aspects within Poultry Operations.
• Assist the Quality team in the plant to manage all quality-related functions.
• Operate under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM (Poultry) to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Potential candidates for the QA Technician position must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a diploma degree in Food Sciences or other related disciplines.
• Possess good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems, and audits.
• Have experience in a Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant.
• Demonstrate experience at a supervisory level.
• Exhibit good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health.
• Show good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.
