About KBR and the Role
KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Planner to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) team. KBR STS delivers comprehensive solutions across the asset lifecycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, energy transition solutions, and design capabilities. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering Rabigh and Makkah.
Role Overview
The Senior Planner will be responsible for preparing and developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis. This role encompasses maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services, ensuring operational efficiency and asset availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans, including all related activities.
- Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the timely implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities.
- Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues affecting equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other divisions to develop maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for planning and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure the availability of maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for job execution.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports related to routine and preventive maintenance activities.
- Utilize SAP systems, computer programs, and software for the effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules.
- Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant planning role.
- Proficiency in utilizing SAP systems and other relevant computer programs and software.

This is a full-time position.
