Role Overview

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a Facility Supervisor to join its Shared Services function. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of all facility operations across the company's main office in Dammam and the industrial site in Ras Al Khair, located in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will report directly to the Admin & Facility Manager and will be responsible for aligning all services with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Core Facility Operations

The Facility Supervisor will oversee a broad range of services essential to the company's daily operations. This includes direct supervision of facility functions across both the Dammam and Ras Al Khair sites.

• Supervise building maintenance, office services, and workspace allocation.
• Oversee catering services provided at both office and industrial locations.
• Coordinate employee transportation services, including shuttle buses operating between Dammam, Jubail, and Ras Al Khair.
• Supervise janitorial services and enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards across all company premises.

Security and Fleet Management

A key aspect of this role involves managing site access and company vehicles to ensure smooth and secure operations.

• Manage visitor access, front desk operations, and site security coordination in alignment with EHSS Department protocols.
• Administer company fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and optimal utilization of all vehicles.

Policy Development and Staff Leadership

The Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing robust facility management frameworks and leading the support team.

• Develop, implement, and monitor facility management policies and procedures in compliance with relevant industrial zone regulations.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of administrative and facility support staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in facility supervision, demonstrating a blend of relevant education, technical competencies, and robust behavioral skills. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar operational role is required.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities spanning across company premises in Dammam, Al Jubail, and Ras Tannurah (Ras Al Khair). The role requires a dependable and operationally experienced individual committed to maintaining high standards of facility management across multiple sites.
