About the Role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking an Industrial Workforce Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Department in Ras Tannurah, Eastern Region. This full-time role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment, mobilization, deployment, and administration of SMP (Staffing, Manpower, and Personnel) personnel, ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate SMP requirements against the approved manpower plan, including position ID, job title, description, headcount, and category.
  • Coordinate with approved SMP suppliers and Hiring Managers on manpower requirements, candidate criteria, and timelines.
  • Review candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and trade tests, and document selection decisions.
  • Support local and international recruitment campaigns, standby pools, replacements, and supplier sourcing.
  • Ensure completion and maintenance of required recruitment and mobilization documents.
  • Coordinate medical status, visa and travel arrangements, arrival dates, onboarding, and deployment readiness.
  • Maintain accurate active SMP workforce records and movements, including supplier, position, department, and status changes.
  • Reconcile company records with supplier reports and resolve discrepancies to ensure alignment with approved positions and categories.
  • Review and verify SMP invoices against actual workforce records, contractual terms, and supporting documents.
  • Verify employee status, job title, category, work-start date, billing period, and working hours.
  • Prepare regular SMP reports covering manpower, vacancies, recruitment progress, headcount, and invoice status.
  • Monitor supplier performance, track recurring issues, and maintain records for management and audit.

Workforce Administration and Verification

This role involves coordinating with approved SMP suppliers, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure manpower requirements are sourced, selected, mobilized, deployed, tracked, and reported efficiently. It also supports SMP commercial and invoice controls by verifying workforce records, job categories, approved hourly rates, and supporting documents prior to invoice processing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial workforce recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including mobilization and deployment.
  • Proficiency in verifying workforce records and supporting commercial and invoice controls.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Reporting and Compliance

The Industrial Workforce Recruiter is responsible for providing regular updates and escalating risks to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This includes preparing comprehensive SMP reports and supporting supplier reconciliation and review meetings to ensure the closure of pending actions and compliance with company standards.
