About the Role

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for its Saudi Arabia operations. This full-time role is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, and involves working directly with operations and functional leaders to fill field, technical, and support positions across the Kingdom. The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through to offer management, while also contributing to Saudization commitments and building a strong local talent base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, agree on timelines, and set realistic expectations.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct approaches, with a focus on oil and gas technical and field talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, including Field Engineers, Technical Sales, HSE, and Supply Chain.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical and behavioral requirements before shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure candidates are informed at every stage of the process.
• Prepare and present offers in line with compensation guidelines, and manage negotiations with candidates.
• Support Saudization targets by developing local sourcing channels, including universities, technical institutes, and government programs (*, HRDF).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Oracle HCM) and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, mobility, and government relations teams on visa, iqama, and onboarding requirements for both Saudi nationals and expatriate hires.
• Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and industry forums as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

Experience Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in recruitment.
