Administrative Assistant

Administrative assistance for a clothing sales project: • Proficiency in Arabic and English • Working hours of 8 hours a day, whether in a morning or evening shift • Preparing online orders and delivering them to shipping companies to ship to the customer • Coordinating with shipping companies to receive orders and arrange them in the warehouse • Proficiency in managing orders through the electronic platform Salla • Managing the return and exchange process

An administrative assistant is required to work in a prestigious company, possessing high organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others. With at least two years of experience in a similar field. Main tasks: • Organizing and managing appointments and meetings for the direct manager • Preparing and coordinating administrative correspondence and reports • Following up on emails and answering phone calls • Organizing and preserving administrative files and documents • Coordinating with various departments to facilitate workflow • Managing documents and contracts and archiving them in an organized manner • Assisting in preparing presentations and meetings, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsible for invoices and statements, data entry, work organization, supervising cleanliness, attending to hospitality inside and out, being polite and articulate, knowing how to deal with customers and employees, managing work professionally. A full-time employee is preferred because the work hours are from 130 PM to 1030 PM, and should be a resident of Al-Ard, having a moderate command of English and proficiency in photography and social media communication.
