We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee our daily operations and ensure the highest level of service at our salon in Riyadh.

Main Responsibilities:
  • General Management: Oversee daily operations, organize appointments, and ensure a professional work environment.
  • Staff Management: Monitor performance, schedule shifts, train employees, and resolve conflicts.
  • Customer Service & Marketing: Handle customer complaints, improve services, and promote offers and products.
  • Inventory & Resource Management: Order supplies, track tools, and minimize waste.
  • Quality & Health Standards: Ensure compliance with health regulations, implement sanitization procedures, and maintain equipment.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor revenue and expenses, achieve financial targets, and increase profitability.
  • Training & Development: Organize workshops, keep up with the latest beauty trends, and motivate the team.
  • Salon Appearance Management: Ensure cleanliness, maintain decor, and enforce dress code standards.
  • Coordination with Owners: Execute directives, provide regular reports, and discuss business growth strategies.
