As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence in our Panorama Mall location in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage store operations to meet sales targets and brand objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, providing insights for stock maximization.
  • Coach the sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Participate actively on the sales floor to lead by example.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels and prepare schedules for optimal coverage.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and in-store events through collaboration with regional management.
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience in the GCC beauty industry.
  • Strong track record in customer service and sales performance.
  • Experience in retail operations, inventory, and facilities management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
