The Role of Business Specialist

OPXO Group is seeking a Business Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic planning across OPXO Group’s technology and digital product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market and financial analysis to inform business strategies.
• Preparing comprehensive business plans and reports for various stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Documenting business requirements for new and existing projects.
• Supporting management in decision-making processes through clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and contribute to solution design for OPXO Studio, OPXO Audio, and OPXO Solutions.
• Assisting in improving customer experience and operational efficiency across the group's offerings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in preparing business plans and financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position offers flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, balancing office presence with remote work capabilities.
