It also requires strong communication skills, whether over the phone or in writing, attention to detail, and the ability to handle clients’ needs efficiently and professionally, in addition to using various systems and interacting with them in both Arabic and English fluently. Mastery of the Saudi dialect is preferred to ensure more effective communication with clients.
