Overview: As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer support and service delivery at Riyadh Customer Service Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record and document interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, policies, and procedures to deliver relevant support.
  • Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and escalate issues as needed.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals related to calls handled, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution rates.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred; knowledge of English is an advantage.

The Job in a Nutshell

What You Will Do
  • Monitor and review agent calls, chats, and emails to assess quality and adherence to service standards.
  • Provide feedback to agents based on quality assessments and identify training needs.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Training Supervisors to address gaps and improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain quality scoring metrics and documentation.

What Are We Looking For
  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent fields of studies
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a Contact Center.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Contact Center software and quality monitoring tools.
  • Languages: English and Arabic
